For premium flavour and texture, this 60-year-old restaurant uses only halal-certified Taiwanese beef that is freshly slaughtered. The beef stock is simmered all day to develop deep flavours. The signature braised beef noodle soup offers a choice between red-braised soup base with herbs and spices or a clear broth that tastes lighter. The noodles are perfectly cooked, as are beef cuts like short ribs, shank and neck.
