Chef Ricky from Hong Kong honed his skills in some prestigious kitchens in Europe and his home city. From his unique vantage point, he champions a modern French-Asian cuisine featuring locally sourced produce. His love for Taiwan also manifests itself in the papier mâché lamp, cutlery and tableware crafted by local artisans. The incredibly fresh catch of the day and the beautifully plated seasonal dessert are the highlights on the menu.
