At the helm of this new restaurant is Julia de Laguarigue, a chef from Martinique, who learned the ropes in excellent kitchens. She concocts delicious bistro-style cuisine with strong Creole influences, which she dubs "Frenchie-tropical". Indulgence abounds in her cooking, with combinations that hit the spot every time, a lineup of dishes that changes regularly and a choice of sides (cream of garlic-laced cassava or white beans in coconut milk).
