The new chef continues to deliver a menu that covers classics from all over India, re-imagined with finesse and acumen. The must-try black pepper chicken tikka from the tandoor oven is best enjoyed with its signature cocktails. The food, the fragrant spices in the glass-clad Masala room, and a terrace affording nice harbour views work together to render a feast for all the senses.
