This is where the now trans-Atlantic Hawksmoor brand began and, despite their expansion, the team have managed to hold onto their founding ethos of quality, hand-butchered British meats. This is a restaurant that has always been about keeping things simple and doing the basics well; so expect an enticing selection of cuts expertly cooked and delivering bags of flavour.
