Sitting next to the motorway, a few miles from Burgos via the southern exit of the city, this restaurant is a great option if you are a fan of grilled meat and value quality. It's no surprise that chef Guillermo Martínez de Marigorta was recognised as Spain's Best Grill Master in 2024. It is located inside the hotel of the same name, featuring a large café and a dining room divided into two spaces, one for the daily set menu and the other, with the grill on display and the chef working live, for the à la carte service. The enormous ageing chamber, with premium beef and ox meat, is particularly impressive!
