The Auberge du Père Bise is more full of life than ever in the capable hands of Jean Sulpice and Magali, his wife! An avid sportsman, the chef serves fine cuisine that is also healthy and light. The wine list includes a separate booklet entirely dedicated to the wines located within the limits of the former duchy of Savoy. We thus bring out the flavours of the produce used – fish from Lake Annecy, wild harvesting or from market gardening and local livestock farming.
