MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Guinea fowl and gamecock are brought in whole and grilled over kishu-binchotan. Set menus are the focus at this restaurant: there is a half course meal that comes with an appetiser, salad, white liver pâté and five skewers and a full course meal that comes with the same side dishes, seven skewers and a rice dish. You could order the half course and add your favourite yakitori to it. Every item is carefully prepared, including the desserts.
