MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The owner-chef uses free range chicken from Akita, characterised by its firm texture. He cuts the breast meat into large pieces so that you can fully enjoy the natural flavour. Each piece is skewered in a way that it’s fully enclosed by skin, the taste of which penetrates the meat as it’s grilled. The main offering is a set menu consisting of various skewers, an appetiser, salad and more. After 9pm, you can also order items individually.
