MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This curry restaurant was opened by an owner-chef who trained in Kerala, India. He perfected three curries based on the concept of ‘Indian curry with Japanese rice’. The smooth southern-style chicken curry is the most popular. Stir-fried onions and tomatoes are the base for the northern-style mutton and original keema curries. He chose Yamagata ‘Haenuki’ rice for its optimal texture.
