This is the main restaurant in this chain, which is a partnership between ‘Produits Paul Bocuse’ and Hiramatsu Inc. Numerous specialities deserve recommendation here, such as the truffle soup served by the late Paul Bocuse to the then President of France, the Japanese sea bass wrapped in pie pastry and served with Choron sauce, and the fillet of beef Rossini with Périgueux sauce.
