MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This restaurant is run by an owner-chef who learned Vietnamese cooking while she was on an overseas study programme there. We recommend starting with the vegetable spring roll or fried spring roll made with rice paper: good examples of Vietnamese food culture. Also popular is the lotus stem salad, which is spicy yet sweet and sour. You’ll also want to try the bánh xèo, a crispy stuffed rice pancake. All dishes feature a generous serving of vegetables.
