MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

While following the traditions of French cooking, the owner-chef uses oils and fats sparingly and keeps the seasoning light. The distinctive characteristic is the generous portions of vegetables, whatever the plate. The terrine speciality featuring vegetables from Azumino is a good example. At dinnertime, you can also order the omakase set menu featuring seasonal ingredients such as white asparagus, porcini mushrooms and game.
