MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The interior was done by the owner himself and is divided in two. On one side is table seating while the other space has counter seating; there is a sort of hidden private room up some steep stairs. His Harbin-born wife handles the cooking. Just like in China, no garlic is used in the pan-fried gyoza dumpling or boiled shrimp gyoza dumpling. Besides the gyoza dumpling, the shoestring potatoes are also popular.
