MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The skewers are grilled as close to the charcoal as possible for maximum heat to trap in the flavour and ensure even cooking. Brand-name chicken from Fukushima is used, selected for its quality and fat content. Another feature is how large the pieces are. The owner-chef at the grill is the picture of his mentor, in twisted headband and fan in hand. With the set menu, the items will keep coming until you tell him to stop.
