MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The daily menu is written on a page of an open notebook. If you flip backwards, it reads like a chef’s journal. As the name of the restaurant – which means ‘as-is’ – suggests, he cooks the dishes based on his mood that day. He uses seasonal ingredients and serves each and every dish freshly cooked. His specialities are offal dishes and seafood pasta. The eclectic nature of the background music also makes for an air of unconventionality.
