MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The unadorned bistro menu here includes dishes like onion gratin soup and assorted charcuterie. The chef is particularly proud of his boudin noir apple pie. Most of the main dishes are meat dishes, but we also recommend the bouillabaisse featuring plenty of seafood from Shimane. Every dish has an elegant taste reflecting the chef’s restaurant experience.
