MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This is a place to enjoy carefully prepared Japanese cuisine and oden. The oden is cooked in a copper pot and served one dish at a time and prepared according to the type of ingredient. Daikon with katsuo-bushi and shredded kombu on top, yuba fragrantly deep-fried on the surface, and soft-boiled egg marinated in dashi are favourites. If it’s your first visit, try the set menu that serves tsukuri, hassun and grilled items before oden.
