MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The owner adopted the concept of ‘boiled gyoza dumplings for beauty and health’ to make the people of Yoyogi-Uehara even better-looking! The brown gyoza is made with Job’s Tears whole-grain flour and formed into the shape of a yuanbao, which is said to bring good luck. There are four kinds, each containing either chicken or pork combined with spice and vegetables. The snacks are healthy, too. Also appealing is the retro space reminiscent of the Showa era.
