The draw here is set menus featuring generous amounts of seasonal crab prepared using techniques from Kyo-ryori. Various methods are used, including sashimi, shabu-shabu, grilling. Horse crab and red king crab are available year round, while blue king crab and matsubagani are seasonal tastes in summer and winter respectively. The crab is completely de-shelled by the staff, so it’s easy to eat.
