MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
An outpost of its Hong Kong namesake, this restaurant serves almost the same menu but with a few exclusive dim sum. Chef Cheng makes sure his techniques and thoughtful layering of flavours are replicated in this kitchen. The must-try crispy-skin chicken is available in limited quantities and so needs to be pre-ordered; the wafer-thin skin crackles and the meat is juicy and silky. Try also the fried chicken wings stuffed with bird’s nest.
