MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Credited as being one of the pioneers of the French dining scene in Korea, Chef Lee Bang-won is a man of passion. Returning from a Paris internship well into his 40s, he opened Passionné, armed with his newfound experience. As a result, unpretentious food that is lovingly prepared using only the freshest ingredients is what you will find here. The smile on his face as he comes around with the daily chalkboard specials is an added bonus.
