MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The menu is made up of in-season vegetables and seafood and the focus is à la carte dishes to cater to the Osaka preference for eating as much as you want of what you want. Besides standard dishes like tai aradaki and lotus root manju, there are also dishes with a touch of creativity, such as garlic-flavoured firefly squid gratin and curried aigamo. The chef maintains the spirit he absorbed while working at a Naniwa kappo.
