MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

There’s an appealing flexibility here, as you can enjoy a meal or have a snack with sake. On the menu, entitled ‘Ri’ (or ‘The Way of Things’), you’ll find dishes that feature an extra touch. One example is the asparagus garnished with flaky smoked masu salmon. There are also seasonal shuko such as minced sweet shrimp and karasumi mochi grilled with seaweed. The speciality is chargrilled seafood and vegetables.
