MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
A good example of “bistronomy"! While owner and head chef Daniel Lengsfeld prepares fine modern bistro dishes from excellent regional ingredients, his wife warmly welcomes the guests as maître d’hôtel. There is a choice of two rooms: lively and cosy or flooded with light in the extension of the half-timbered house.
