MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The name of the restaurant comes from the expression, ‘Each dish with its own style; 100 dishes, 100 flavours’. And Sichuan cuisine, which follows this adage, is more than just spiciness. Popular items include the soup-less dandan noodles seasoned with black vinegar and the fragrant fried chicken thigh stir-fried with sansho. At lunch only teishoku featuring items like mapo tofu and vinegared pork is served.
