                        This “somewhere” is the submarine wonderland of Top Chef contestant Florian Barbarot. Like Captain Nemo, he invites diners to explore his subtly creative cuisine in which seafood, seasonal veggies and scrupulously sourced ingredients are inspiringly assembled.
