This noodle shop moved here from Hung Hom in 2018 and has a loyal following. Beef lovers adore its signature beef brisket in a tonic broth simmered with eight herbs (hence the name) and beef bones for over 10 hours. Alternatively, top your soup or tossed noodles with boneless short ribs, inside skirt, outside skirt or a combo of all three. Honeycomb tripe, sinew, tongue and beef balls are also great. Arrive early as certain cuts can run out before 1pm.
