Styled after a Zen theme, this space provides only private rooms to ensure a serene dining experience and, contrary to other vegetarian restaurants, it does not serve dishes that imitate meat or seafood. The soybean products made with spring water are exceptional, as are specialities such as mushroom and gluten casserole, salt-grilled shiitakes, and braised lotus root stuffed with mashed taro. The tea menu also offers a good selection.
