Reserve a booth, or a table on the balcony to take in the vistas. Most dishes are based on the Lingnan healthy food culture; the dim sum lunch has a nice variety of small bites. The chargrilled Sakura pork belly boasts golden crackling skin and juicy, flavoursome meat.
