An ecologically friendly restaurant in the hamlet of Friland; the focus is on sustainability so furniture is made locally from wood and produce comes from their own permaculture garden or small suppliers; they also aim for zero waste. The well-priced predominantly vegetable and plant based dishes are full of flavour.

"We work mindfully and aim for zero waste, as we can only improve our ecosystem if we reduce what we discard. We believe that humans can work in a constructive partnership with nature and we collaborate with Danish scientists to formulate guidelines for the future."
