From plates of antipasti to homemade pasta, the classic dishes at this Italian stalwart inside the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel are elegant and authentic. To best enjoy them, book a seat at one of the three chefs’ tables by the open kitchen and order from the impressive wine list. The lunchtime buffet is good value and draws a crowd, but dinner is a more sophisticated affair. Whenever you go, fettuccine with wild mushrooms and truffle is recommended.
