MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Apostelstube is the culinary laboratory of a young chef from Alto Adige who offers just one tasting menu, which can be adjusted in terms of the number of courses and how adventurous you’re feeling! The region is well represented on the menu which focuses on local produce combined with Japanese herbs and citrus fruit (the former are grown in Brunico by a couple of Bonsai enthusiasts). Excellent freshly baked bread, plus an experienced maître d’ who is on hand to advise on your selection of wine.
