After travelling a white and dusty − although fascinating – road, surrounded by the typical Tuscan landscape, you will find an enchanting village of medieval origins with a tower and an ancient church, as well as the splendid hotel rooms. But above all one of the best restaurants in the area: chef Matteo Temperini offers one of the most interesting and creative readings of Tuscan cuisine, with various vegetables that grow in the property's garden. The dishes are served in a contemporary elegant room with a panoramic terrace, while the wine offer lists several house wines, including the Brunello di Montalcino Campo del Drago which gives its name to the restaurant.
