It could be the plot of a novel: a surveyor buys a small 1930s townhouse in an auction and while renovating it becomes so enamoured with the building that he decides not to sell it, but to share its beauty with others by opening a restaurant. The menu here focuses on cuisine from the Abruzzo, including hams and cheeses produced by top - notch small producers, as well as mutton, lamb, beef, barbecued lamb kebabs and other culinary delights.
