This gorgeous building, which started out as an inn in 1708, is idyllically located just a few metres from the shore of Zugersee. Run by a mother-and-son team, the restaurant serves classic cuisine: for example, fish from the lake plays an important role; charcoal-grilled steaks and a "Gourmetmenü" are also available. The service is charming and attentive, and the atmosphere in the dining area is cosy. The fantastic terrace is understandably popular – it's wonderful to sit in the shade of the large trees and drink in the view of the lake!
