One of the best known teppanyaki places in town, named after a long-serving maître d’, enjoys an enthusiastic local following. The show-stopping teppan tricks are something to behold, but they don’t outshine the perfectly cooked seafood, premium steaks from the U. S. , or the Wagyu from Japan and Australia. The six-course dinner unfolds according to your pace as experienced chefs time things just right. An excellent wine list also features.
