MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
This cosy restaurant welcomes diners with a modern façade, a bare concrete floor and a cool colour scheme. The prix-fixe menu shows subtle Nordic and French influences. The chef introduces two to three new creations every month to showcase his creativity and seasonal produces. The Nordic philosophy of making use of each ingredient to the fullest is manifest in the burnt lemon/hazelnut/lemon verbena dish. Artful plating and bold flavours add to the experience.
