MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
This restored shophouse nicely complements the old-world charm of the previous dining room. The Sicilian chef is keen to let diners know about his homeland’s food culture and seafood is his speciality, such as salt-baked fish and red prawn ravioli. Only a lunch set, degustation and omakase menus are offered; there is no à la carte. Ask servers to recommend a wine – they always do a good job. Don’t forget to end your meal with one of the best espressos in town.
