Self-taught chef Nhung Phung was born in Vietnam, but grew up in Laos, Cambodia and Thailand. The aromas and perfumes of her childhood have forged her culinary identity: sensitive, intelligent, balanced cuisine, poised between Southeast Asia and France, delicately spicy and crafted with premium produce.
