The Hyun-makase is the gateway into this one-of-a-kind meal which takes you on a journey of 12 different pieces of Japanese A5 Wagyu. Each piece is expertly prepared tableside and served alongside house-made fresh kimchi, green lettuce for wrapping, and a crispy scallion salad that balances the unctuous Wagyu. The tasting is complete when the bulgogi is prepared. Diners may also look forward to other indulgences like rice with uni and truffles, or thick noodles with cold beef broth.
