MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
A relaxed, modern bistro with a feature wall hung with pictures and mirrors. Set on the first floor of a boutique hotel, it’s named after the type of window found in houses of this era. Menus have an Irish heart and modern touches; ingredients are sourced from their 40 acre farm and the local market.
