MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Here is a blend of simple bistro cooking and contemporary cuisine. The food is grounded in traditional French, but with some acidity from the use of citrus and sherry vinegar for lightness of taste. The appetiser is carrot mousse garnished with raw uni, and consommé gelée. The braised foie gras and daikon radish dish is a speciality served here ever since it opened. The popular bouillabaisse requires reserving in advance.
