MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Situated in the Relais Bellaria hotel on the outskirts of the city, this contemporary-style restaurant serves equally modern cuisine which ranges from vegetarian dishes to meat and fish options, all of which are featured on three tasting menus and an à la carte. In the kitchen, the chef from Campania skilfully combines the flavours of his native region with those of his adopted Emilia in dishes which are both copious and colourful.
