This courtyard house in a residential neighbourhood is home to 11 private rooms of different sizes. Nine Chinese-western fusion set menus are available without à la carte options and all courses feature modern and artistic presentations. The seared veal is served on a brushstroke of green Sichuan pepper sauce, alongside caramelised shallots and freshly ground pepper from a giant mill. Service is attentive, with a dedicated server for each room.
