MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
This art gallery-turned restaurant hasn’t forgotten its past with a dazzling display of paintings and sculptures against its white walls. Famed chef Jean-Christophe Ansanay-Alex signed up to be a consultant in March 2019 and has contributed to this largely French-Italian menu. Tender and juicy frog legs are served in watercress foam with chewy garlic nougat, while crème brûlée has green apple sorbet and rosella coulis to cut through the richness.
