MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The main ingredients are brand name chicken and duck from Kyoto, but some of the chicken comes from Aomori. Being able to compare their flavours only adds to the enjoyment. The chicken is cooked over kishu-binchotan to seal in the flavour. The main offering is a set menu that comes either with appetisers or a salad.
