MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Nestled in a luxury hotel, Vista 38 can only be reached by a couple of elevator rides. As its name suggests, spectacular views of Cotai Strip are one of the main draws, but they don't steal the show from the exquisite, modern dishes underpinned by Sichuanese techniques, and made with the best produce from around the world. Only set menus with 10+ courses are offered at dinner and they change every few months. Reservations are mandatory.
