MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The kitchen team on board this lavish restaurant since 2021 also revamped the menu – luxurious ingredients from around the world, like sea cucumber, Wagyu beef, lobster and caviar, are mostly prepared with authentic Sichuanese techniques; accompanied by dishes from aristocrat cuisine.
