MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The Macau outpost of the award-winning establishment is now helmed by the Sicilian-born Chef Riccardo La Perna, previously at the group’s Shanghai location. Though it offers the same meticulous fine-dining experience like its Hong Kong flagship, the menu now hinges on Sicilian cooking with one degustation menu only. The wine list – of mostly Italian and French bottles – shows much breadth and depth. Thoughtful and attentive service is also a plus.
